The BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2019 are now open for application, with the deadline being 31 October 2019. Manufacturing and services enterprises operating in Hong Kong or Pan PRD region are welcome to apply.
The BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2018 Prize Presentation and 2019 Launching Ceremony
The ceremony was successfully held on 29 May 2019, with HKSAR Secretary for the Environment Mr Wong Kam-sing as the Guest-of-Honour. The 2018 Awards Programme saw a record-breaking number of nearly 650 participating enterprises accomplished close to 1,600 green projects. Also, it has newly set up the SME Award and the Belt and Road Environmental Leadership Recognition Award. It is exciting to see that the number of participating SMEs increases from 60 to 164.

Green factory visit in Shenzhen and Nansha
Led by Prof Daniel Cheng, FHKI Honorary President and Mr Luther Wong, Chairman of Group 26 Environmental Industries Council, a green factory visit in Shenzhen and Nansha was held to bring out the latest trend and information on environmental protection. There were over 30 participants to visit last year’s Gold, Silver and Bronze award winner of manufacturing sector Mainetti (HK) Ltd, JMI Group Ltd and Jing Mei Automotive Limited.
BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2018 Final judging
BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2018 Final judging was successfully held on 7 March 2019. The Gold, Silver and Bronze award winner of manufacturing sector and services sector, Belt and Road Environmental Leadership Recognition Award, and newly added SME Award as well as Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Environmental Leadership Recognition Award were selected by the panel. The award ceremony will be held on 29 May 2019.
